Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before requesting a quote or paying a deposit. They explain exactly how a sourcing transaction works with us, from quote to hand delivery.
1. Who we are

2. What we do
We don't hold stock. When you tell us the watch you want, we search for it through our global supply chain, agree a price with the supplier, and then send you a quote.
3. Quotes
A quote reflects the price at the time it's given — availability and pricing can change before a deposit is paid.
4. Deposit
A 20% deposit secures the watch and is forwarded to the supplier to commit to the purchase on your behalf.
5. Authentication
Every watch is independently authenticated before it comes to you. If it passes, we proceed to the balance and delivery. If a watch fails authentication, we give you the choice to relocate the same watch through a different supplier or issue a refund.
6. Balance and delivery
Once authenticated, the remaining 80% is due before delivery. The watch is then hand-delivered to you, at which point ownership and risk pass to you.
7. Refunds
If a watch fails authentication, we give you the choice to relocate the same watch through a different supplier or issue a refund. Once authentication is passed and the watch is delivered, the sale is final.
8. Our liability
Our liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us for that watch. We're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
